1. What products does Yaeeorm sell?

We specialize in handcrafted floor lamps, table lamps, and pendant lights made from sustainable materials.

2. Do you offer international shipping?

No, we do not support international shipping. We currently ship only within the United States.

3. What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping

    • Cost: $5.90 for orders up to $50.
    • Free shipping on orders over $50.
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 10-20 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping

    • Cost: $15.90
    • Estimated Delivery Time: 5-10 business days.

Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays or other external factors.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB.
Note: We do not accept PayPal at this time.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel your order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or +1 505-900-4769. Once the order has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel it.

7. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.

Non-returnable items:

  • Customized or personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

To initiate a return, contact our support team for a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

8. Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

  • If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If you return an item for other reasons, you are responsible for return shipping fees.

9. How long does it take to process a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

10. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
